In July right before leaving for Convention, my downline group got together for a shoe box swap with the challenge to “case” it from the 2010-2011 Stampin’Up Catalog. We had a ball with this and it was fun to see the twists and spins off the original card.

Here are the cards we made:

This card is by Jen Boesel cased from page 83 . . . substituting Build a Bear for the Sock Monkey.

This card is by Sue McNeill and her case is the spotlight technique from page 68 of the catalog.
This card, by Katherine Narog is from page 96.

Mary Smallidge came up with this card from page 62 of the catalog.
And this one, made by Kathy Trussell, is from page 54.
Mary Kiley, created this one based on the card she found of page 122.
Judy Hamen created this card based on an idea she found on page 153.
And, this is the card I made for the shoebox swap that can be found on page 108.
Here are the supplies for this last card:
Stamps: Simple Friendship
Paper: Pear Pizzazz, Very Vanilla
Ink: Old Olive (some of the images are second generation to give them a lighter look).
Tools: 1 3/4″ Circle Punch, Mat Pack, Paper Piercing Tool
Accessories: Brights Brads
