I cased this card from a  swap card that I received. It is just so bright and pretty and perfect for reminding me that winter doesn’t last forever (even though it is snowing like all get out at the moment! lol!) Unfortunately, there wasn’t any identification on the swap card as to who made it. . . or if there was, it became separated from the card. I did change a few things such as the sentiment and the way the bow was done, but otherwise it is an exact copy! If you know who made this card, let me know and I can edit my post to reflect that!
