The most important thing to have when you are going into a big team event is full cooperation from the team!! And that, we did!! Our group of Stamping to Share Demonstrators ALWAYS go above and beyond to my our group events spectacular!! We had several demonstrators who worked on Take Home projects and many attended our prep nights. The picture above is packing night where we packed all the supplies into individual cello bags and then put them into Project Bags.
The picture above shows the fully packed project bags. We had 76 attendees so we had quite a lot of prepping and packing to do!!
Here are the project bags that Katherine Narog and her team created for us. Selene Kempton was the inspiration behind these decorated bags . . . so pretty!!
This is the night before our event. I managed to get everything into boxes so it could all go into Steve’s truck for the ride over to church where we rented our space.
Here are the early bird helpers on Spring Fling Day!! L to R: Susan Stadler, Lynn Miller, Elizabeth Schwerm, Laura Erickson, Joyce Gokey, myself, Cindy Standal, Mary Bellis, Cathy Hobbs, Mary Cocchiarella, Mary Kiley and Kathy Trussell. Debby Filiowich and Debby Gogins were also part of the crew, but were out on a donut run when this picture was taken!! oops!
Mary Bellis took charge of our name tags and designed these using our 2013-15 In Colors. Debby Gogins also played a big roll in getting these done. They turned out beautiful!!
We had a beautiful thank you for being the “heart of our business” gift that we gave to each attendee. Barbara Welch was the inspiration behind these beauties.
And, Cindy Standal made each and every one of these gifts!! What a contribution to our day! Now that was truly a gift from the heart!
Here is a picture just as everything was starting to get going. Already people were having a great time chatting and creating cards and scrapbook pages.
Mary K, Mary C and Susan S are having an awesome time and “loved it all!”
Joan L and Elizabeth S are making Easter cards at this table. Notice all the displays in the background? Once again our amazing team comes through!!
Cindy L, Pam K and Diane B are making baby cards . . . one for a boy and one for a girl because you never know which one you might need first!
Lunch arrived!! We were organizing it so the line would move quickly. All that creating and sharing has all of us ready for our Applebees lunch!
More fun . . . Brenda and Nicole were one of our Mother/Daughter team stampers.
Dorothy and Mary Ann are making birthday cards that feature the Fresh Prints pack.
And, Breakfast Club girls: Jan, Mimi and Dawn are always smiling and always so supportive of everything we do.
And now . . . I have to share the FASTEST set of scrapbook pages that I have ever made!! Each customer went home with a package of designer series paper that is now discontinued called Birds of a Feather. I promised the team that I would come up with a set of scrapbook pages to show this paper off. Well, let’s just say I only remembered that I said I would do this just in the nick of time! I rushed off to make them and “ta-daaa!” This is what I came up with! Started and Finished in 10 minutes! Yup … sometimes I really do work better under pressure!
Here are some of the samples our Stamping to Share team came up with using products from the goodie bag. There were many more, too, but I didn’t get pictures of all of them.
I did not show pictures of any of the cards we made because I am repeating Spring Fling in Hayward, WI on May 31
with my downline member Dawn Chase. It won’t be the same Goodie Bag, however, but it will still to be something fun!! That’s all part of the surprise! Have a great day and thank you so much for stopping by Stamping to Share!
24/7 Shopping at my Stamping to Share Website
Who doesn’t like to shop in their jammies? Did you know that every person who places an online order with me receives a hand stamped card in the mail? Unfortunately, if you select “no contact” when you are checking out, I won’t be able to send a card because I won’t have your address information! It’s a good idea to avoid that box so that I can give you the best possible customer service! Thanks!
