A few days ago, I did a Fab Friday Facebook LIve to show you how to create tags with the Fruit Basket Bundle stamp set. You can see the YouTube version of this video by clicking on Fab Friday Tutti Frutti Fun. I share the tag making at about minute five. I mentioned that I would take the tags and turn them into cards since I don’t often use tags . . . but I do use and LOVE to make cards!! Here are the three cards I created from the tags that I made. 

The first tag that I created is the Pear Tag. All of these tags feature fruit that is stamped and punched out with the Itty Bitty Fruit Punch Pack. These punches are beyond cute!! The punch at the top of the tag where I put the ribbon through is created with the melon shaped punch. You get four fruit tag punches in the pack: a melon, a strawberry, a pear and a pineapple. 

All of the tags are created with 2×3″ pieces of the Tutti Frutti 6×6 DSP. I just angled the tops with a scissors to make the panel look more “tag-like.” When I decided to put them onto full size cards, I again used Tutti Frutti DSP layered up with our soon to be retired Delicate White Doily and the Lemon Lime Twist 3/8″ Mini Striped Ribbon. 

On this card, I added in one extra layer because I needed to mute the pineapple paper in the background just a tad so our wonderful Cardstock Vellum came to my rescue. I think this card is my very favorite of all because the pineapple look so darn cute on both the tag and on the background paper. I’m a little sad this bundle is not carrying over in the new catalog. I will have to make a few more of these tags because they are just so bright and summery. Which tag card is your favorite?
