One of the bundles in the Holiday Catalog that can be easily overlooked is the Falling for Leaves Bundle found on page 45 of the 2018 Holiday Catalog. Personally, I didn’t really care for the samples in the catalog so I went to some of my own Fall cards that I had stashed away for ideas and the results as you can see above turned out great! I paired up the Falling for Leaves Bundle with the Buffalo Check background stamp, page 38 in the Holiday Catalog and used Blackberry Bliss and Grapefruit Grove for my color combination. I am sharing two inside panels for you.
This first inside panel uses the Nature’s Poem Designer Series Paper. I love the love of it and the lace edgelit included with the Detailed Leaves Thinlits really makes a gorgeous accent. However, not everyone enjoys using so much DSP on their cards so I came up with another option as you can see below.
This inside panel option uses the lace edgelit die, but with the cut off piece to make it more ribbon like. This also makes for a gorgeous inside panel, wouldn’t you agree?
