This card has a trio of punched hearts that are embossed and perfectly pressed . . . it looks so neat! I hope this photo does the technique justice. IRL, it looks like the punches are actually just part of the paper. I taught my club members how to do that this month and everyone was so impressed by this simple technique. All you do is adhere punches or die cuts to your card panel. I used Multipurpose Liquid Glue for this step. Then, just take it to your Big Shot Machine and run it through using a tightly embossed image such as Stampin’ Up’s Square Lattice Embossing Folder. To complete the look, I added a glittered heart with the new Red Glimmer paper that you can find on page 7 of our Occasions Mini Catalog. This stuff is da bomb!! We must start a campaign right now begging SU to keep this in our product line – and add at least a 1/2 dozen more colors to the line up. I just LOVE how you can add a bit of bling without the mess that usually goes with it! (Of course, I don’t mean to imply that everyone makes a mess when they use glitter . . . but it seems to be a thing with me!)
The panel of designer series paper along the bottom edge of this 4 1/4″ square card is from the Specialty Designer Series Paper pack called Love Impressions. It’s on the same page as the glimmer paper. The “love you” sentiment is from Valentine Defined, page nine.

More Valentine Defined images decorate the inside panel. I really love the heart strings going across the top of the panel. I think it’s my favorite image in that stamp set.
