Happy 80th Birthday, Dad!! I made him a very special card depicting him at 19 in 1952. He earned his keep by hunting and trapping. Hides were big business back then! This has always been one of his favorite pictures. He is a sportsman to this day – hunting and fishing depending on the season. Through the years he has been deeply involved in Soil and Water Conservation efforts, Ducks Unlimited and the Wetlands Reserve Program.
We are planning to spend the whole day with him. My brother and I got him an $80 Gift Certificate to Fleet Farm. He told me earlier this Spring that he likes Fleet Farm so much that he would actually sleep there if they’d let him!! lol!
Blessings to YOU, Dad, for always living the good life by word and deed and passing your passion for land and wildlife onto your children and grandchildren.
Have a wonderful day and thank you so much for stopping by Stamping to Share!
