I had to share one of my very favorite swaps that I received at Convention. Usually when I am inspired by a card, I change up a few things as I make it to share with customers . . . but not this card. Every element is perfect!! Thank you, Cindy Stokes, for trading with me at Convention.

Last week, I journeyed to South Dakota to work with my long-distance demonstrators on my Stamping to Share team. We enjoyed stamping, laughing and hanging out. There was good food (naturally!!), Convention swaps to peruse, and Holiday Mini products from our demonstrator pre-orders to exclaim over. I was delighted to present prizes and recognition in person instead of via the mail. Congratulations to Angie Lunden for receiving year end recognition in sales and recruiting. This is a picture of Angie, myself and Angie’s team. In the front: Noreen Engelstad and Candy Koepke. In back: Angie Lunden, Karen Lockner and myself.

You might have noticed that my blogging in the summer is somewhat sporadic! Summer in Minnesota needs to be savored and so we do! Above is a recent picture of my girls at Lake Superior. A day or two later, all three of them did a little cliff jumping into Lake Superior near Gooseberry Falls. I was terrified for them . .  but it was no problem for them. A little COLD . . . but that made for a quick in and out!!

We spent an afternoon hiking at Cascade River State Park. Gorgeous scenery . . . lots of hills and multiple waterfalls to explore. I picked this picture to share because it shows off the t-shirt I got at Convention! lol! My daughter Karel took this picture. She is always quick to join us hiking. The other two girls opted to go canoing with their cousins. We are planning a family canoe trip this fall when the leaves start to change.

This is a picture of my dad, Doug Bandemer, at the Brown County Fair where he got Champion on his field corn entry. He is 78 and still farming! Our farm has been in the family in continuous operation since the 1860’s. I love hanging out with my dad. We are bound to stop for coffee and donuts and since he seems to know everybody . . . there’s always lots of visiting, too.
Thanks for stopping by my blog so see my stamping world.
