I wanted to share some of the cards I’ve been making at the cabin this summer. The cabin near Gorden, Wisconsin is where I keep some of my favorite retired stamp sets as well as all sorts of miscellaneous tools, papers and ribbons. Most of the cards that I make are from a file of “favorites” that I collected over the years. Another words . . . they are all pretty much cased!! When I go to the cabin . . . I’m in the “I don’t want to think I just want to stamp mode.” So thank you to all who inspired me as I relaxed and stamped just for fun at the cabin this summer!! I hope you enjoy this trip down the memory lane of retired SU sets.

I am dying to know what stamp set that sentiment comes from on your very last blue card…..I just LOVE it!!!
Hi Kimberly –
Thank you so much for visiting my blog. I love that sentiment, too, but . . . I'm not sure what set it comes from. The stamps are at the cabin and I'm at home! Sorry!
These are really fun cards, and I enjoy seeing some of the retired sets, too. I enjoy working with what I have on hand when I stamp at my cabin, too. It reminds me of when we used to give the Cub Scouts a bag of stuff use to make an "invention" using everything in the bag, and being amazed at their creativity.
