Carmen Olsen’s card shows off some spring things on the clothesline! She used the T-Shirt Builder Framelit Dies on page 30 of the Occasions Catalog. The sentiment is from Designer Tee, a Sale-a-bration stamp set. The skirt was created with a die from the Window Box Thinlits . . . she just had to trim away one “ruffle” to make it fit. How clever!
Judy Hamen created a spring sympathy card. She used words from Flourishing Phrases and the leaves are from the Thoughts and Prayers stamp set. Then, she painstakingly punched many, many little flowers with the Tree Builder Punch to decorate the outside and the inside of her card. The kindness and caring that went into this card is obvious!
Shelly Lommel made a spring card with the Butterfly Basics and the coordinating thinlits. She sponged spring-like colors onto a panel of Whisper White and then did a Whisper White Butterfly overlay. This is one of those cards that has a subtle beauty that is hard to capture with a camera. I also love the Subtles Enamel Shapes accentuating this card.
Cindy LeMire used the Detailed Dragonfly Thinlits with words from the Sale-a-bration stamp set called Avant Garden. The background designer paper used in this card is called Succulent Garden. She sponged color onto a strip of white paper and then cut it out and layered it behind the dragonfly for that pop of spring color.
Faith Boston created a card with the Moon Baby stamp set. She detail cut each image and popped them up on dimensionals over a soft Mint Macaron background found in the designer series paper pack called By the Shore. She overlaid each stamped star with a foil sequin star for a little sparkle. Just a darling and sweet card to welcome that new little baby into the world!
Mary Bellis used Big on Birthdays from our Spring Occasions Catalog. To make it very spring-like, she used paper from the Fruit Stand Designer Series Paper Pack. I love the combo of Peekaboo Peach, Cucumber Crush and Watermelon Wonder. The little mini paper clip is the perfect way to add a bit of ribbon accentuating the Delicate White Doily. Lots of fun details!
And this is my Spring Card for the swap. I used the Reverse Words Sale-a-bration stamp set available only through March 31. The grad sentiment if from B.Y.O.P. (Buy Your Own Present).
