One of the things I like to do best is month is swap with my downline at our monthly meetings. These were the October cards for the swap theme of Thankful or Thanksgiving. We had some really wonderful cards from this and I hope you will enjoy seeing them online just as I am enjoying them in person! Tune in on Tuesday for Part Two!

Stacey Krats created this lovely Painted Harvest card which features the Layering Leaves Dynamic Embossing Folder in the background. The leaf punch adds a few pops of green against the background and the gorgeous floral piece is stamped on a die-cut from the Stitched Shapes framelits set. 

Mary Kiley stamped and die cut three leaves from the Vintage Leaves stamp set and the coordinating Leaflets framelits. They get their “pop” by the contrasting background layer created with the Woodland embossing folder. 

Mary Alice Bellis used the Feather Together stamp set to create the gorgeous trio of feathers on this card. She embellished it with a couple of die cuts from the Seasonal Layers thinlits set. I love the use of the Burlap Ribbon on this card. It adds just the right amount of earthy elegance. 

Linda Emery stepped away from the “fall” look and created a great all occasion thank you card with the Floral Phrases stamp set and its coordinating set of Detailed Floral thinlits. The In-Color Bitty Bows add just the right touch without a lot of fuss! 

Shelly Lommel created a lovely flip up card that reveals the inside sentiment on the outside of the card with the clever cut out created with the Layering Oval framelits. She used the Painted Harvest Bundle with includes the lovely Leaf Punch. 

This cheerful thank you card was created by Dawn Michels with the Daisy Delight Bundle which includes the coordinating Daisy Punch.  The center of the daisy features a Gold Faceted Gem that brings on the sparkle factor in a big way! 

Judy Hamen used some non traditional colors with the Painted Harvest stamp set. As you can see, Elegant Eggplant and Wisteria Wonder make a fabulous combination for this beautiful flower.
