Stampin’ Up! Lasting Lily Sale-a-bration Cards

The set I had to have the moment I saw it in the 2019 Stampin’ Up! Sale-a-bration Catalog was Lasting Lily. It’s just sooooo beautiful! And, it includes quite a few sentiments, most notably, some really nice sympathy sentiments.  Here are a few cards that I created on a recent Stamping to Share Facebook Live, along with a link to the rebroadcast if you happened to miss it over on my Stamping to Share Facebook Page. 

This is a card I used in a recent swap. I love the wood textures paper on this along with the Woodlands Embossing Folder. The flower is stamped in Mango Melody and to give it a bit of two-toned shading, I sponged the bottom edge with Calypso Coral. 

This card is so pretty with the Grapefruit Grove Foil Paper shining brightly behind the lily. This foil is also a Sale-a-bration Item in our 2019 Sale-a-bration Catalog and it paired with another foil called Lovely LIpstick. The lily here is stamped with Grapefruit Grove, but again, before stamping it, I sponged the bottom of the stamp with another color for some added dimension. This time I used Poppy Parade. The sentiment is stamped on an Everyday Label Punch Out that has been cut down as shown. Doesn’t the snippet of Poppy Parade ribbon add just a bit of jazz to this card? I love it! 

My final card using Lasting Lily is this one sized to fit onto a Memories and More Small Card. These cards are a bit too small to mail, but they fit the small cards in the Memories and More card packs perfectly.
