Our Swap Theme in February was to create some cards using Sale-a-bration stamp sets. I am super excited to share these beautiful cards with you! Enjoy!!
Carmen Olsen created this very elegant sympathy card that uses the Lasting Lily stamp set. She also used the new Rectangle Stitched Framelits to create the beautiful layers that you see on this card.
Mary Smallidge got a little bit country with this Home to Roost card. The sentiment is from Amazing Life and the little tiny sun is from Tabs for Everything. She colored it with our Watercolor Pencils and a Blender Pen.
Shelly Lommel used the Lovely Lattice stamp set and then grabbed her Stampin’ Blends to create a masterpiece! How lucky we are to have such easy to use alcohol markers to create and color with.
Judy Hamen used the Botanical Butterfly Designer Series Paper to create the background on her card that highlights a sentiment from Hello Cupcake. The punch outs are made with the Pretty Label Punch.
Mary Alice Bellis used the Lovely Lattice stamp set and Rooted in Nature for this card. The dragonflies are cut out with our Detailed Dragonfly Thinlits and the sentiment is cut out with our Stitched Shapes Framlits. Mary Alice also used our Stampin’ Blends for gorgeous coloring.
Sweet and fun! Sharon Merritt created this card with the So Hoppy Together stamp set. The backdrop is textured with the perfect folder for this stamp set called Dot To Dot. This is an encouraging card as you can see! She also used the Rectangle Stitched Framelits and the Stitched Shapes Framelits.
Stacey Krats used the Lasting Lily set to create this beautiful sympathy card. She used the texture stamp that is a part of this set to emphasize the edges of this card.
Dawn Michels also used Lasting Lily to make her swap card, but paired it up with Botanical Butterfly Designer Series Paper. This stamp set not only creates memorable sympathy cards, it also creates memorable thank you cards when you have had a death in the family.
This was my card for the swap and it is also one I am prepping for Spring Fling. It’s cute and easy to make. You can see the blog post along with a how to Facebook Live Rebroadcast by clicking on Kay’s Hello Cupcake Card.
Thank you so much for stopping by my blog today! I hope you enjoyed these swap cards!! Also, I have a bonus for you! Two of my downline members shared cards made with the Butterfly Beauty Thinlits and also the Beauty Abounds Bundle and I wanted to share those cards with you, too!!
Diana Wilson’s used the Butterfly Beauty Thinlits over a backdrop created with the Swirls and Curls Embossing Folder carried over from the Holiday Catalog. The Tailored Tag punch makes a great focal point for the sentiment.
Cindy LeMire used the Beauty Abounds Bundle over a backdrop created with the Crackle Paint stamp. This card uses reversible ribbon for a sweet accent! Truly a beauty!
