Our theme in August was to pick your favorite non-bundled stamp set in the Annual Catalog and make a card with it! It was amazing the variety that we had in our group! I hope you enjoy the cards as much as I have. Also, remember that if you have questions about how to create any of these cards, please contact the person who created the card via their facebook page (if they have one) which you will find on the watermark on the photos. Thank you!!
Shelly Lommel used the stamp set called Wildly Happy and colored the Mama and Baby Fox just exquisitely. Her neutral background really makes the matted image pop. A sweet and memorable baby card.
Grace Balfanz used the Beautiful Friendship stamp set and fussy cut the roses so she could pop them up above the gorgeously stamped greenery. This stamp set is a DistINKtive set and you can see why it’s truly as pretty as a picture!
Dawn Michels created a beautiful card with the Inspiring Iris stamp set, but used the alternative flower that’s in the set: the everlasting carnation. The colors and sentiment will definitely bring cheer to anyone feeling under the weather.
Diana Wilson created a fabulous masculine card for our swap with the main images from the Let It Ride stamp set. This is what the card looks like just as you take it out of the envelope . . .
And this is what it looks like fully opened to all of its glory! The details are truly wonderful and any lover of horses would be so appreciative of this handcrafted with love card!
Judy Hamen used the stamp set called Pocketful of Happiness and the rich colors and and elegant images really make this card come alive. The Designer Paper in the background is from Magnolia Lane.
Mary Alice Bellis used the stamp set Very Versailles to create this elegant card with the Stitched Nested Label cut out. I love the way she accented the cut out with vellum and dangled a key from the bow.
Stacy Krats created a cute Happy Birthday card with the We’ll Walrus Be Friends stamp set. This is the outside . . .
And this is the inside! Notice how everyone got their party gear on? So cute!
Another sweet baby card in our lineup! This one is by Mary Smallidge and features the Mama and Baby Bunny. They are nestled into a background of Layered Leaves and ringed by Designer Series Paper from Garden Lane . . . exactly where a bunny want to be!
When you have that friend . . . that makes you laugh! Stacy Barrett created this fun card with the Young at Heart stamp set. She used some Noble Peacock Specialty Designer Series Paper in the background for a fun shiny look.
And finally, this is the card I created for our Creative Crafters Demo Meeting Swap. You can click on Butterfly Wishes to see the supplies I used and how I made it. Have a really wonderful day and thank you so much for stopping by Stamping to Share!!
