We had a little get together the end of August to create swaps from the Holiday 2019 Catalog. It was so much fun . . . as it always is to spend time with my downline! If you have questions about how to create any of these cards, please contact the person who created the card via their facebook page (if they have one) which you will find on the watermark on the photos. Thank you!!
Brenda Kosel-Hillard created this darling Halloween Swap for us to enjoy using the Monster Bash Designer Series Paper and the Everything Festive stamp set. The cute bat punch outs and the sentiment on the inside panel shown below are from the To Every Season Bundle that can be easily overlooked . . . but is so super cute and fun to work with in real life!
In addition to the decorated inside panel, Brenda also provided each of us with a decorated envelope . . . all those special touches really add up!!
Dawn Michels made an interesting gatefold card that opened up to multiple sentiments. I love this idea as it makes the card so much more interactive. She used the Perfectly Plaid Bundle along with the Wrapped in Plaid 6×6 Designer Series Paper.
This is the inside panel along with the layered sentiment that you see behind the front image panel.
Mary Alice Bellis created a stunning special fold card using the Come to Gather Suite. The Cajun Craze Linen Thread (part of the Come to Gather Ribbon Combo Pack), is untied to reveal a stamped inside panel shown below.
This is a beautiful set of products for fall crafting and this card will be sure to surprise and delight the recipient!
Mychelle Rossberg got out the Stampin’ Blends for a relaxing coloring session. She used the super cute santa image from the Holly Jolly Christmas Bundle. The embossed background is the perfect backdrop for the bright images in the foreground. The embossing folder is found in the 2019-20 Annual Stampin’ Up! Catalog and is called Brick and Mortar 3D.
Stacy Barrett showed us how much fun it is to work with the Celestial Copper Delicata Metallic Ink. Stampin’ Up! is carrying this line of inks throughout the holiday season – find them on page 16 of the Stampin’ Up! 2019 Holiday Catalog. The fox, from Nature’s Beauty, almost looks embossed, but it wasn’t – that’s how awesome and shiny this ink is . . . and it’s very quick drying. Give it 5-10 minutes and it’s ready to be used.
Stacey Krats went with a really bright and fun card that showcases Christmas with some colors drawn from the Let It Snow Specialty Designer Series Paper Pack. She used the Perfectly Plaid Bundle and layered up this beautiful card. The Stitched Shapes Circle Die-cut makes a perfect landing spot for the three punched out trees.
Shelly Lommel created this gorgeous wreath card set over a backdrop created with the Basket Weave 3D folder. She used the Tidings All Around Bundle and you can go for as many red rhinestones as you want with the Red Rhinestone Basic Jewels package found in our annual catalog as there are 220 of these little gems in one package . . . all the same sweet size for perfect wreath decorating options!
My card features the Merry Moose Bundle with First Frost Specialty 6×6 Designer Series Paper. This paper is just THE BOMB!! I used Holiday Rhinestones to accent it just a bit.
