Our group of Creative Crafters Stamping to Share held our Annual Fall Flair Event this past weekend – what fun! And, what a success it turned out to be! Of course this event would not be possible without the help and contribution of many of my local downline members. Here are some photos to give you a taste of all that it involves. Enjoy!!
One of my favorite things to do for Fall Flair is to cut the paper and the Stampin’ Up! Feels Like Frost 6×6 Specialty Designer Series Paper was tremendously fun to prepare for the Merry Moose card that we made. I showed you how to do that card a few weeks back. It’s a nice and easy flip up card that can be used for many different occasions. And, I love the Merry Moose Bundle. That moose punch will always have a home at my house!
Here’s a picture of some of our helpers on our Fall Flair Prep Day where we pack up all the cello bags that go into the decorated Project Bags. I missed getting a photo of Mychelle but here we have from left to right my customer Sherri, and downline members Stacey and Dawn. Stacey is holding a cello bag with everything in it that our customers would need to put together the card at the designated station. This particular card featured the Come to Gather DSP. The card used the Harvest Hellos Bundle which I will feature on an upcoming Facebook Live.
We love involving everyone who wants to get involved and sometimes that’s a multi-generational thing!! On the left is my downline member Sharon with her granddaughter Hannah. This card used the gorgeous Perennial Essence Designer Series Paper to create an All Occasion card.
This is downline member Laura who left her husband home this time, but he has helped us prep in the past! She is prepping for a card that used the Wrapped in Paid 6×6 Specialty Designer Series Paper. The card used the Perfectly Plaid Bundle and was definitely a crowd favorite!
Lisa Miltakis, an area demonstrator who is adopted into our group, just LOVES prep work and happily volunteered her time to help us prepare for this event. She has a heart of gold and we are blessed by her giving spirit and sweet kindness.
Here we are after packing up all the bags!! This is the part of the day that we all so enjoy: seeing the results of our work!
And they insisted I be in on one of the pictures, too, so here I am!
Here we are just before the doors opened at our Stamping to Share Fall Flair 2019 held on Saturday, October 12. Pictured above is our set up crew. L-R: Me (Kay Kalthoff), Kim Lundstrom, Mychelle Rossberg, Pam Salinas, Stacey Krats, Janeen Knippel, Sharon Merritt, Linn Newton, Mary Alice Bellis, Laura Erickson and Hannah Kast.
Mychelle put a lot of work into these bags and they turned out just beautiful!!
My assistant, Kim, who always volunteers to make the nametags for us and they are always wonderful!
Here’s a close up of the demonstrator name tags. The customer name tags were the same but without the Copper Foil Nested Label. That helps customers know who they can reach out to for help on the day of our event. Are you wondering what the number means? It’s related to door prize drawings. Everyone goes home with a door prize gift!! It’s always a blast to ring the cow bell to get everyone’s attention and then the whooping and hollering really livens up the day when we draw winners!
In addition to making all of the Project Bags, Mychelle also made all of the Product Gift Bags! Super cute wrap with the Brightly Gleaming paper accented with Gleaming Ornament Punch Outs. Inside the gift bags, our customers found a package of the Brightly Gleaming Foil Elements along with a 1/2 pack of the Holiday Rhinestones. They used these items on several of the cards that were made at our event.
Laura Erickson and Dorene Bye are two of my downline members who absolutely LOVE making 3D items and have volunteered for several years now to make the chocolate treat holders that we pass out after lunch at our Fall Flair and Spring Fling events. Look at all that love and cuteness!
Here is a closeup of the the lovely treat holder with three Hershey Kisses – the perfect little after lunch treat!
And here’s a picture of the fun and action! Card Making in full gear at Fall Flair 2019!! Thank you to all who helped, prepped, attended and placed orders with us. You made our day 100% wonderful. Thank you!!
