The So Many Stars Bundle from Stampin’ Up! went on my Wish List the moment I saw it. I am IN LOVE with Stitched edges and the fabulous star dies that are part of the bundle have stitched edges! That one single detail adds so much to your die cuts, drawing you in for a closer look. The Mercury Glass Designer Acetate Paper is also a premium plus when used in conjunction with this bundle. I hope you enjoy seeing the cards I made with this bundle. I designed these cards especially to give to my downline members who were the top sellers in our group.
The non-traditional Christmas colors that I used were Pretty Peacock, one of our 2019-21 In Colors along with Coastal Cabana.
To bring out the Mercury Glass Designer Acetate that I used as a layer on the large star cut out, I set the entire front panel of the card onto a Silver Foil-Edged Card Base. This set of cards and envelopes are also found in gold and you can acquaint yourself with them by finding them on page 168 in our 2019-20 Annual Catalog. Below is my Stamp and Chat with Kay Replay where I show you in detailed steps how to recreate the card.

This card was seriously so much fun to make, that I scooped up a few of the leftovers and created a darling wrap for our Clear Tiny Treat Boxes. This could be easily turned into a name card for a Holiday Dinner. I am sharing FREE PDF for you at the bottom of this post so that you can get direction for the card and the 3D all in one place.
A close up of the treat holder. It was really quite fun to put together! Enjoy the FREE PDF!

Love your video on stars. First time I have watched you. In Iowa, I am a member of stamping up. Do not have any downline. I just make and give away cards.
Hi Lea – How wonderful that you are making and giving away your cards. You are making a difference in many ways when you touch the life of another with a handmade card. Blessings on your day – and a hug, too!
Where in Iowa. My sister lives there and loves making cards. She lives in Pella now but will be moving to Oskaloosa in January.
I love your mercury glass stars cards and am thrilled to know you will have a FREE PDF for me to have the written instructions close at hand to refer to. It is so much easier than to have to find the blog or YouTube post and start and stop it. Thank you so very much. I can hardly wait to make these cards.
