What’s one of the best ways to start out a brand new year? Why with a stash of birthday cards, of course!! The Creative Crafters Group with Stamping to Share did not disappoint with their beautiful swaps in December. Enjoy and take inspiration from my amazing and talented team! Michelle Baranick took inspiration from a fellow team member and crafted this lovely window frame fold. This fancy fold really draws the eye to bring focus onto the beautifully colored butterflies that flint among the Swirls and Curls embossed background. The butterflies are from the Butterfly Gala stamp set and the words are from Well Said.

Janeen Knippel gave us inspiring use of the stamp set called For the Love of Felt, which coordinates with a beautiful project kit. The simple celebrate sentiment is great for many occasions and adds a lot of flair to this masculine birthday card. She used the Story Label punch to cut out and layer the sentiment.

A rainbow of watercoloring will brighten anyone’s day! Grace Balfanz used the Free as a Bird stamp set for her main image. The sentiment is from Perennial Birthday. She added some daling self-adhesive sequins for a little sparkle. Notice the ribbon treatment? It’s a clever way of showing off just the fringe of the Woven Threads Trim.

Dawn Michels added an angled banner to her card featuring images from the Happy Birthday to You Sale-a-bration stamp set. Beautifully colored flowers adorn the cake. She embellished the cake stand with a fringe of glimmer die cut with the Painted Labels Dies.

Brenda Hillard inspired us with this beautiful card that created with the Magnolia Blooms stamp set from our Experience Creativity Catalog for new stampers. She stamped a floral background tone on tone with Seaside Spray. The coordinating metallic ribbon debuted in the Holiday Catalog but is still available for us to order through June 2nd.
