I’ve been a golfer since grade school so I was super excited to see the Country Club Product Suite in the Stampin’ Up! January – June Mini Catalog. I will show you how to make a golf card in the Video below which is a replay of a recent FB Live. There’s a lot going on in this card but it all adds up to FABULOUS! I don’t know a single golfer who wouldn’t love and appreciate this card. I used the Woodland Embossing Folder in my background because . . . well, that’s often where my shots end up! Seems like if there’s a tree, I find it! lol!

The Country Club DSP will give you lots of background options. I picked a plaid and an argyle background. There’s even an Absolutely Argyle 3D Embossing Folder is you would rather that over the Woodland Embossing Folder. This makes a fab birthday card! And, if your man is a golfer, could you create a better masculine card for him? I think not!!

Here is a close up so you can see the great texture on the golf ball which I’ve also accented by sponging just a touch of Smoky Slate to the ball in an effort to create a shadow . . . let’s assume we’ve got a sunny day! (and not the snow squall that’s currently blowing through outside my window!)
