Whimsical Cards from Paper Scraps!

If you find yourself keeping paper scraps because the paper is soooo pretty or so rare or you are just so thrifty like that, then I have some great cards for you today! Whimsical cards that use paper scraps!! All you need are 1″ x 4″ scraps from practically any Designer Series Paper and you are ready to go!! 

Paper Blooms Designer Series Paper Scraps

Here is a whimsical card created with scraps from our Sale-a-bration paper called Paper Blooms. (February 28th is the last day to get this a Sale-a-bration Freebie!) I selected the Parcels & Petals stamp set because it had some great “whimsical-like” flowers that I could stamp tone on tone in the background, and it had some nicely sized sentiments that work great with our punches, in this case, the Story Label Punch. 

Flower & Field Designer Series Paper Scraps

My second whimsical card has the exact same design but a different set of scraps, this time from our Sale-a-bration paper called Flower & Field. (February 28th is the last day to get this a Sale-a-bration Freebie!) I stamped tone on tone all over the Pool Party panel for a lighter, brighter card.
